Old Man of Storr is worth the visit, but we arrived there too late to get nice pictures. 

Portree is a good base for the trips in the area by car.

Long but easy walk along a coast starting with a boat trip from Elgol to Loch na Cuilce including side-trips: 

  • 9 km / 400m: views from Sgùrr na Stri peak (494 m) 

  • 4 km: round trip to Prince Charles cave
