Ski touring the Austrian side of Silvretta range in the shade of Silvrettahorn, Piz Buin & Dreiländerspitze three-thousenders. 

• Traversing via Jamtalhütte & Wiesbadener Hütte (3 more huts in range)

• Decent descents on simple glaciers with fewer crevasses.

Huts are guarded: mid February – late April. Self-service winterraum otherwise.

The name Dreiländerspitze refers to a meeting point between the territories of three ancient tribes (Rhaeto-Romance or Romansch, Bavarii and Alamanni).
